ObamaCare subsidies Lawful only through state exchanges?

Idaho is on the wrong side on ObamaCare and a majority of House Republicans knew it at the time and voted against it.
Frankly, the way courts are these days, it wouldn't surprise me if the D.C. court simply determined that the drafters MEANT any exchange (despite what is clearly stated in the law) and will uphold the subsidy provisions.
