After a week of illness, I am now back at the Capitol. Sub-Committee's are reviewing proposed rules. My subcommittee is reviewing the rules regarding the public use of the Capitol Mall. Only a dozen pages of rules compared to two or three times that last year. See! We are making progress shrinking government influence!
