State Affairs committee has forwarded to the House Floor (with a do pass recommendation) allowing any firearms or accessories manufactured in the State of Idaho, that never leave the state, will not be considered within the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution and thertefore not regulated by the federal government. Included is the option of stamping on each firearm or accessory "Made in Idaho."
