With the credible threat being made by North Idaho constituents that legislators voting for the state exchange will be voted out at the next Primary Election, two legislators were overheard consoling one another that it looked like they were 'one termers!'
The full court press is being put on individual legislators that appear maleable to the extreme pressure to assure a state exchange.
